VERTEBRA HEALTH INSTITUTE

A Natural Approach to Healing

Integrative medicine is the art and science of healing that addresses the whole person – mind, body and spirit.  We integrate conventional and alternative therapies to prevent and treat disease, and most importantly, to promote optimal health. We work closely with traditional allopathic healthcare providers to ensure our patients receive the best care possible.  We invite you to join us on this wonderful journey of healing.  Naprapathic treatments offered in our practice are a great way to alleviate back pain, shoulder issues, hip and knee pain, muscle pain and other musculoskeletal problems.

Physiotherapy

Our Mission

We want our patients to be partners in their own healing. We want them to understand how powerful their minds and bodies really are, and how each organ and symptom is part of a larger system. Healing chronic and intractable ailments takes a certain level of sensitivity, which we’ve honed to treat stubborn conditions with gentle methods.

Our Treatments

A Unique Approach

Each body holds the key to its own healing.  We provide the treatments, resources, and tools necessary to unlock the innate potential each of us holds inside.

We work to create a safe and compassionate environment for you to discover what will help you lead a healthier and more relaxed life.  You can live the life you want, and we are here to support you along the way.

KINESIOLOGY TAPING

Kinesio Taping is a technique based on the body’s own natural healing process. It exhibits its efficacy through the activation of neurological and circulatory systems. Kinesiotaping treats sports and non-sports injuries like plantar fasciitis, back pain and tennis elbow effectively with precision that normal braces can’t provide.  It microscopically lifts the skin from the muscle and fascia to create a decompressive effect that supports better blood flow for faster healing.

Foot Therapy Session

SHOCKWAVE THERAPY

Shockwave therapy is used in orthopaedics, physiotherapy, sports medicine, urology and veterinary medicine. Its main assets are fast pain relief and mobility restoration.  Acoustic waves with high energy peak used in shockwave therapy interact with tissue causing overall medical effects of accelerated tissue repair and cell growth, analgesia and mobility restoration.
